- If you hold a gift card or an outstanding order, please contact us with your order number — we'll process refunds or final deliveries where possible.
- Support & warranties
- Existing warranties and support requests will be handled until 27 October 2026. After that date, please contact us as your site will be moved to the servers. The new hosting company offers 24/7 support.
